At Engrave Out, we are committed to delivering your custom jewellery with speed and care. Below you’ll find our shipping policy, including important information regarding processing times, shipping options, costs, and more.

Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, our team will process and prepare your order for dispatch. For personalized jewellery items in stock, the typical processing time is up to 4 business days. Once your order is ready, we will ship it immediately.

Shipping Options

For domestic deliveries, we use reliable carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri  to ensure your order arrives promptly and securely. For international orders, we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery to your destination.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic (UK): Orders within mainland UK are delivered within 3 business day after dispatch.
  • Rest of Europe (including the UK): Orders to the rest of Europe may take 7-10 days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

All shipments will include a tracking code, so you can monitor your order’s progress in real-time. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout. We offer free shipping on domestic orders within UK. But, for international orders we would charge the shipping fees.

Important Information

  • Accuracy of Address: Please ensure your address is correctly filled out during checkout to avoid any delivery issues. If a delivery problem arises, such as undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address or failure to deliver, the product will be held for up to 30 days. After this period, the order will be discarded, and any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost will depend on the destination country.
  • Custom Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes based on the delivery destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
