Engrave Out is committed to providing high-quality custom jewellery and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund, Exchange, or Return Policy outlines how we process requests related to refunds, exchanges, and returns for products purchased from our online store.
Conditions for Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns
1. Damaged or Defective Products: If the custom jewellery you receive is damaged or defective, you may request a refund, exchange, or return.
2. Order Error: If Engrave Out sends a product different from what was requested, you may request an exchange or return.
3. Non-Delivery Due to Shipping Issues: If the carrier is unable to deliver the product or there is an error in the delivery address, Engrave Out will store the product for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the product will be discarded. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the product, which will vary depending on the customer’s location.
Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns Procedure
To request a refund, exchange, or return, please contact Engrave Out by email or phone, providing your order number and the reason for your request. We will assess each request individually and inform you of the outcome. Engrave Out reserves the right to decline any refund, exchange, or return request.
If your request is accepted, we will process the refund within 14 days of the order date. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Product Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for sealed and unused products, in line with relevant laws. To request an exchange, please contact Engrave Out by email or phone, including your order number and reason for the exchange. We will inform you whether the exchange can be processed and provide instructions for the next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once production has started on your custom jewellery, cancellations will no longer be accepted. If we have already begun the engraving or customization process, the item cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions to the Refund, Exchange, or Return Policy
Engrave Out does not accept refund, exchange, or return requests under the following conditions:
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
•Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts.
•Custom-made or personalized items, including jewellery engraved with specific designs or messages, once production has started.
Shipping Fee Return Policy
If you cancel your order while it is in transit, or if you change your mind after receiving the order (provided that all items are sealed and unused), the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Changes to this Refund, Exchange, or Return Policy
Engrave Out may update this Refund, Exchange, or Return Policy from time to time. The latest version of the policy will always be available on our online store.
